The Pritchard Family Reunion is intended to gather the descendants of Thomas Pritchard who was born
in Herefordshire, England in 1808, and sailed to America in 1832 on a ship called the Brig Sarah, where
he identified himself on the ship log as a 22 year old laborer. He married Julia Dolan (more likely Doolan)
in 1841 who was born in Ireland. They moved to Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania where both are buried. They
had 9 children: William (b 1842, d 1923, buried in Spalding, Nebraska); Eleanor (b 1844, d 1897, St. Rose
Convent, Carbondale, PA); John (b 1846, d 1924, Buckingham, PA); Thomas P. (b 1847, d 1933 in
Spalding, NE); Joseph (b 1849, d 1927, Omaha, NE); Mary, (b 1851 d 1924, Wayne Co. PA); Michael (b
1853 d 1930 Spalding, NE); Catherine (b 1855 d 1941, Omaha, NE); Charles (b 1857, d 1860, Mt.
Pleasant, PA).

While all are welcome, the reunion consists primarily of the descendants of Thomas P Pritchard and
Michael Pritchard. Thomas married Eliza Fives and after her death, Julia Dunn. Michael married
Catherine Coffey. Thomas P and Michael and their families moved to Spalding in the 1880s and their
descendants still remain on their family farms.
